This limited warranty covers defects in materials and hardware peripherals depending on the product.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover Software, including the operating system and all other software problems that result from: External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power. Servicing done without notifying to SCS. Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance. Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by SCS
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). SCS'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. How long does this limited warranty last?
This limited warranty lasts for the time period indicated on your packing slip or invoice. For the first 90 days all hardware and labor are covered within SCS 90 days warrantee, after 90 days, SCS will charge standard labor rate of $ 65.00 an hour for a minimum of 1 hour. All Hardware that was assembled by SCS will be covered by SCS warrantee for 1 full year. The limited warranty on all SCS assembled products begins on the date of the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. SCS may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. What do I do if I need warranty service?
